The peptide tracker that runs your whole protocol.

PepTrac is a peptide tracker for iPhone that logs every dose, counts down to the next one, converts your vial and dose into syringe units, and charts your estimated level for each compound. Food, weight, workouts, and an AI assistant that reads your own data live in the same app.

01Features

Your next dose is always on screen.

Open PepTrac and the Home tab shows what is due: a countdown ring to your next dose, your last dose, your current estimated level, and a checklist for today. Tap a dose to log it along with the injection site. Reminders arrive when a dose is due, and your streak grows each day you stay on schedule.

02Peptides & GLP-1

See what's left in every vial.

Each compound gets a vial that drains as you log, with the percentage left and the number of days it will last. The weekly grid puts every protocol side by side, so a four-compound stack reads as easily as one.

03Level chart

Where are my levels right now?

Every dose you log feeds a level curve for that compound. Switch between 7, 30, and 90 days, drag across the chart to read any day, and follow the dotted line to see where your schedule takes you next. The shaded band shows the likely range around the estimate.

04Lifestyle

Food, weight, and training live here too.

Your protocol is one part of the picture. PepTrac tracks the rest in the same app, so nothing lives in a separate notebook.

Scan a meal with your camera

Point your iPhone at a plate and PepTrac AI estimates the calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Adjust anything that looks off, then save it to your food log.

Rings fill as you log. Weight tracking charts your trend over 30 days, 90 days, a year, or all time, and Apple Health brings in your steps and calories burned.

05PepTrac AI

What can PepTrac AI do?

PepTrac AI reads your logged doses, weight, and nutrition and answers in plain language. Ask it to analyze your recent data or check how consistent you have been. Tell it to log a dose and it prepares a card for you to confirm, so nothing is saved until you approve it.

What is PepTrac?

PepTrac is an iPhone app for tracking peptides and GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide, retatrutide, BPC-157, and tesamorelin. You add each compound and its vial, set a protocol with the days and the dose, and PepTrac builds your weekly schedule. The Home tab counts down to your next dose and lists what is due today. The Track tab shows how full each vial is and how many days it will last. The Calculator turns vial size, bacteriostatic water, and dose into syringe units for a U-100 or U-40 syringe. Every logged dose feeds a level chart that estimates how much of each compound is active over 7, 30, or 90 days and projects the days ahead from your schedule. PepTrac also records injection sites, food, water, weight, steps, and workouts, and it includes PepTrac AI, an assistant that answers questions about your data and logs doses from a chat message.

What is PepTrac?

PepTrac is a peptide tracker for iPhone. It logs your doses, shows how much is left in each vial, converts doses into syringe units, charts your estimated levels, and tracks food, weight, and workouts alongside your protocol.

What can I track in PepTrac?

Doses, protocols, vials, injection sites, estimated levels, food, water, weight, steps, calories burned, and workouts. You can track several compounds at once, each with its own schedule and vial.

How does the dose calculator work?

Enter the total amount in your vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you added, and the dose you want. PepTrac works out the concentration and shows how many units to draw on a U-100 or U-40 syringe. It converts the values you enter, so check them against your product label.

What are level estimates?

A level estimate is PepTrac's model of how much of a compound is active in your body over time, based on the doses you log and the compound's half-life data. The chart shows a curve, a shaded range, and a dotted projection from your schedule. It is an estimate, not a lab result.

Is PepTrac medical advice?

No. PepTrac is educational and record-keeping software. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment. Talk with a qualified clinician about medical decisions.

Do you sell peptides?

No. PepTrac does not sell, prescribe, or supply peptides or any other medication. It is a tracking app only.

Who can see my data?

Your tracking records are private to your account. Service providers process the information needed to run PepTrac, and AI features receive the inputs needed to answer your request. You can export your data or delete your account at any time. The Privacy Policy has the details.
